Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to start the process.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialist two-man delivery team to schedule a convenient time to collect the mattress directly from your home.

  Inspection and Verification

  After the item arrives back at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return condition guidelines.

  Receive Your Refund

  Following a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
